Albums purchased through this event will be shipped in batches after the event ends.

* 본인 확인 가능한 신분증의 종류는 아래와 같이 규정합니다.

(A) 미성년자 : 학생증(생년월일/사진 필수), 여권, 청소년증

(B) 내국인 성인 : 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권

(C) 모든 외국인 : 여권, 외국인 등록증

※ 마이스타굿즈 회원가입시에 기입한 항목 외의 정보는 이벤트 종료 후 7일 이내에 파기합니다.

※ Information other than the information entered when signing up for My Star Goods membership will be destroyed within 7 days after the end of the event.

1. 이벤트 당일을 포함해 시작 전 라인 메시지를 통해 이벤트 안내를 드릴 예정이니 메시지를 받고 기다려 주시기 바랍니다.

2. 이벤트 시작 전, 본인 확인을 위해 신분증 검사가 있을 예정이오니 꼭 신분증을 준비해 주시기를 바랍니다. 

본인 확인 가능한 신분증의 종류는 아래와 같이 규정합니다.

(A) 미성년자 : 학생증(생년월일/사진 필수), 여권, 청소년증

(B) 내국인 성인 : 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권 

(C) 모든 외국인 : 여권, 외국인 등록증

* 이 외의 신분증은 인정되지 않습니다. (내국인 미성년자를 제외한 고객은 학생증 확인 불가합니다.)

3. 이벤트 당일에 라인 연결을 위한 전화는 총 3회까지 실시합니다.

마지막까지 통화 연결이 안될 경우에는 영상통화 참여가 불가하오니 주의 바랍니다.

* 원활한 이벤트 진행을 위하여 진행처로의 발신은 삼가시기를 바랍니다.

4. 당첨자 모두 동일한 시간으로 진행됩니다. 정해진 시간이 초과할 경우 임의 종료될 수 있는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.

5. 이벤트 진행 시 당첨자 본인이 아닌 다른 사람과 연결되거나 2인 이상 참여하실 경우, 그리고 통화 내용이 부적절하다고 판단될 경우에는 

스태프의 판단으로 통화를 종료 할 수 있으니 원활한 진행을 위해 협조 부탁드립니다.

6. 영상통화를 위해 라인앱에서 '아이디로 친구 추가 허용' 해주세요. 마이스타굿즈가 친구 추가를 할 것입니다.

1. Event information will be provided through line messages before the event begins, including on the day of the event, so please wait for the message.

2. Before the event starts, your ID will be checked to verify your identity, so please be sure to have your ID ready. 

The types of identification that can be used to verify identity are as follows.

(A) Minor: Student ID (date of birth/photo required), passport, youth ID

(B) Korean adults: resident registration card, driver’s license, passport 

(C) All foreigners: passport, alien registration card

* Any other ID is not accepted. (Student ID cards cannot be checked for customers except domestic minors.)

3. A total of 3 calls are allowed to connect the line on the day of the event.

Please note that you will not be able to participate in the video call if the call is not connected until the end.

* To ensure a smooth event, please refrain from sending messages to the host.

4. All winners will be given equal time. Please note that if the set time is exceeded, it may be terminated arbitrarily.

5. If the winner is connected to a person other than the winner during the event, or if two or more people participate, or if the content of the call is judged to be inappropriate. 

The call may be terminated at the discretion of the staff, so please cooperate to ensure a smooth process.

6. To make a video call, enable ‘Allow others to add me by ID’ in the Line app. MyStarGoods will add you as a friend.

1) Select HOME > Settings(gear-shaped icon at top right) > Profile

2) Turn on Allow others to add me by ID option
