[영상통화 이벤트 공지 / Video Call Event Notice]

1. 영상통화는 당첨자 리스트에 기재된 통화순서(Call Order)에 따라 진행됩니다.
Video calls will proceed according to the Call Order listed in the winner list.

2. 당첨자분께는 이메일을 통해 LINE QR코드와 함께 참여 요청사항을 안내해 드립니다.
기한 내 요청사항을 회신하지 않으면 이벤트 참여가 제한됩니다. (신분증 필요!)
Winners will receive participation instructions along with the LINE QR code via email.
Failure to respond with the requested items within the deadline may result in disqualification from the event. (Valid ID required.)

3. 당첨자 발표일(발표 후 5시간 내)에 마이스타굿즈로부터 이메일을 받지 못하셨다면, 채널톡으로 문의해 주세요.
If you did not receive an email from myStarGoods on the winner announcement date (within 5 hours of the announcement),
please contact us via Channel Talk.

4. 이메일 미확인, LINE 친구 검색 차단, 요청사항 미회신 등으로 발생하는 불이익은 책임지지 않습니다.
We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by unread emails, disabled LINE friend search, or failure to reply.

5. QR코드로 친구 추가가 되지 않을 경우, 본인의 LINE QR코드를 보내 주세요.
If you cannot add us via the QR code, please send your own LINE QR code.

6. LINE 친구 추가가 지속적으로 어려우실 경우, 마이스타굿즈 채널톡을 통해 문의해 주세요.
If you continue to experience difficulties adding us on LINE, please contact us via MyStarGoods Channel Talk.

7. 행사 당일에는 사전 테스트콜이 진행됩니다. 반드시 참여해 주세요.
A test call will be conducted on the day of the event. Participation is mandatory.

8. 이벤트를 통해 구매하신 앨범은 이벤트 종료 후 일괄 배송됩니다.
    Albums purchased for the event will be shipped after the event concludes.
